Lana Quality – The first South Tyrolean trade quality system

Quality is the key word for successful tourism in the future. The tourist office Lana and surrounding area want to start on this path with the introduction of “Lana Quality”.
LanaQuality is an extensive project that will better the service sector in the whole of the area.
In order to improve the quality in the holiday region Lana and surrounding area, various quality criteria have been worked out, especially in the service sector.
With guaranteed quality criteria (see brochure LanaQuality) the offers in the service sector can be clearly defined.
All businesses with the award LanaQuality guarantee to keep to the defined quality criteria.
We hope that in this way we can improve and keep up the quality standards in our region. Improvements are being made continually to this project in order to strengthen and expand the quality net.
