This three-day-long culinary event in Lana revolves around pumpkins and squashes in all their various forms, colours and variations. Thanks to their great variety e.g. as marrow, winter squash, butternut squash and Asian pumpkin, pumpkins and squashes have a long tradition as a kitchen staple in South Tyrol's later summer kitchen. Visitors can enjoy a large variety of delicious dishes and innovative combinations with traditional Italian and Tyrolean specialities The fabulous food at this event is complemented by an exhibition in the Boznerstraße Street in Lana and a cultural and musical supporting programme.
