In June, July and August the historical town centre of Lana offers "Long" Thursdays. For many years these evenings are very popular among visitors and locals as they bring enjoyment and a varied entertainment programme during the late hours on hot summer days. On Thursdays all participating shops, restaurants and food booths in the centre of Lana are open until late. So, once a week the pedestrian area turns into a big party for the young and young-at-heart. The later the evening the more fun!

Once again this year visitors can enjoy a broad range of music and culinary events. Long Thursday evenings offer a potpourri of live bands and a cheerful atmosphere while drinks and food are served outdoors, along with late shopping as well as fashion, arts and crafts. The featured events of this Thursday evenings party mile, such as fashion shows or beach volleyball tournaments, are presented at the town square.
