Christmas in the Lana area
The Christmas markets in Merano, Bolzano, Bressanone and Vipiteno are very popular. During advent, the centrally located square in front of the Thermal Baths and right next to the Christmas market is transformed into a unique public ice rink. In the historic town centre of Lana the small but exclusive Thalerhof Christmas Market takes place on the weekends. It offers exclusively traditional handcrafted items and farmer's produce from the area. Arts and crafts as well as a nativity scene exhibition will be on display in the nearby "Werkbank" of the Egger-Thaler House.
