It can be said without exaggeration that the Adige Valley is a paradise for cycling fans. There are well developed trail and road networks amid a varied natural and cultivated landscape and the temperatures are consistent and pleasant. From the valley up to the high alpine landscape... enjoy shadowy forests, blooming meadows and noise free mountain pastures: cycling at its best!

During the Mountainbike Camp in June in Lana and its surroundings guided mountain bike tours in the area are offered. The tours lead through the Adige Valley, the rustic Val d'Ultimo Valley and the car-free area on the San Vigilio Mountain Pass to the Malga di Naturno pastures, through Postal and Gargazzone onto the Monzoccolo Mountain and to many other beautiful destinations. The ideal programme for the active visitor!
